We encourage all customers and helpers to put safety first. Simply Help connects neighbors, but you are always in control.
Before the Job
- Review profiles and job details carefully
- Keep communication on the platform
- Don't share sensitive personal information
Meeting Safely
- Meet in well-lit, public areas when possible
- Let someone know where you'll be
- For in-home jobs, consider having someone else present
- If something feels wrong, leave
Payments
- Only agree to terms you're comfortable with
- Avoid off-platform payments
If Something Goes Wrong
- Leave immediately if you feel unsafe
- Report the user through Simply Help
- In emergencies, call 911
